Chapman Plaza & Garden Fountains

Location: Shaw Park, Clayton, MO

Chapman Plaza & Gardens at Shaw Park in Clayton, Missouri is the first phase in implementing the master plan for the park. Hydro Dramatics was a consultant to SWT Design who has worked with the City of Clayton for a number of years.  There is a fountain featured at the intersection with cascade jets and LED color changing lights.  There is a more natural feature with native Missouri limestone set into the hillside that guides water toward the reflecting pond, traversing the pedestrian steps and ramp.  The reflecting pond has two AquaMaster floating fountains to keep the pond healthy and provide a scenic view.  The newly constructed plaza defines the prominent intersection in the heart of Clayton and sets precedence for the future projects in the park.
